ABB Customer World in Houston was a great opportunity for Pepco to connect with the various levels of the ABB sales and engineering team. This event showcased high voltage equipment, distribution, and automation product offerings. The impressive show floor allowed Pepco personnel to participate in hands on training, and obtain valuable knowledge of ABB’s vast product offerings. In addition to strengthening our vendor relationships with ABB resources, our sales staff also had the opportunity to meet potential new customers by networking with the show attendees. The attendees ranged from IOU utilities, electrical contractors, large industrial customers, and other supporting ABB OEM’s. This show is held every two years, and is one of the largest tradeshows in the country hosted by a single major supplier of electrical equipment.
