Pepco was invited to speak at the Summit County Safety Council Luncheon Wednesday September 21st held at The Tangier in Akron. There were 240 people in attendance to learn about Ladder Safety.
In attendance were Adrian Griffin, Pepco's Tools & Safety Purchasing expert and Frank Caspio from Flaherty Sales representing Werner Ladder, who assisted Adrian during the presentation. They discussed choosing the correct ladder for the job, proper usage of a ladder and the care and maintenance of a ladder. They also did a hands on demonstration of the most common ladders and reviewed new, safer ladders that are now available.
At the end of the presentation Pepco raffled off a duffle bag with a hat and sweatshirt, which was won by Mark Wilson from the Coca Cola company.
