With five Pepco branches spread throughout Ohio, it’s a great way to learn about our co-workers on a more personal level. The Pepco employee being honored here is Brandon Sutton.

Pepco and First Energy Continue Long-Standing Partnership

Pepco recently had the opportunity to attend First Energy’s Toledo Edison Operations Company safety fair. The fair was three days long and was focused on lineman safety training. The event was well attended by both linemen and various levels of management. Preferred vendors, including Pepco, were invited to showcase their approved products to all end users in attendance.

The Pepco employee who has the honor this month is Joe Mocnik. 

I grew up in South Euclid to a family of 10 with my mom and dad, 2 brothers and 5 sisters (an old school Catholic family). I went to St. Margaret Mary School and St. Joseph High School. I moved out of my
parents’ home at 23 and stayed in South Euclid until moving to Bratenahl in 2005 with my beautiful girlfriend of 14 years, Judy.

Pepco Sponsors K & S Racing for the 2016 Season

Pepco employee Ryan Kimbler, Power Distribution Project Manager and Construction Insides Sales Rep out of the Columbus Branch, is one of the owners of K & S Racing and will be operating the American Dragster for the 2016 season. Ryan has only been driving race cars for about eight years, but has been around the racing atmosphere his entire life. Ryan’s dad ran Top Sportsman in NHRA and IHRA, so you can say racing is in his blood. The Nova model race car K & S Racing just sold was in the Kimbler family since 1988, so it was heart breaking for them to get rid of it.  But in order for Ryan to advance in rankings and class, purchasing the American Dragster was the direction they decided to take.
